They are allowing both Outbound and Inbound changes.

They are open 8AM - 8PM Central Time so everyone who didn't get it done tonight can call tomorrow.

I must say that all the DL representatives I spoke with today were very pleasant and friendly.

Did anyone get through to the 888-977-6186 number this morning?
I have been on hold for 45 minutes already!
Did anyone manage to make free changes by calling the main Delta numbers?

im not sure what JFK they would change. the glitch was from EWR
