best canon elph?

I bought a canon A2300 to replace my old sd1000 but I hate it! I'm looking to buy another elph. Which one is best? Elph 110, sd1300, or sd1400? Don't want to make a mistake again!

Did yours come in a reasonable amount of time? They shipped the free accessories right away (charging me for them too), but the actual camera took at least 2 weeks to ship (and they obviously only charged the difference from what they already charged for the accessories).
