Using my fathers cc machine

personally i would stay far away from that!! first of all the simple reason that means another 2k get put on the books and theres need, second the cc company sees and they catch on right away! my father one time did that around 15 yrs ago he told me ,not knowing that its an issue and they called him up very upset and theyt wanted to shut the machine down and so on...

oh wow! thanks for the headsup! I finally got the amazon payments to work but still stuck with 2k to spend on two cards...

i need 5k per card in 3 months- I thought you can only do 1k a month with amazon payments...

You should also know that Amex + Amazon Payments = Fraud Department - So be careful.

A few people have gotten caught doing it and had issues with Amex.

Personally, I used my amex spg card on AP and nothing happened. But I was warned not to do it.. I mixed it up a little, and it looks shady if the only charges on your card is AP. I used it for other charges as well.

There are cheaper ways. I once found something that took 1.9%
