Yes. Better question is if someone accidentally eats pork, is it kosher then... Probably also yes...

Anything that isn't fit for even a dog to eat is by rule of thumb always kosher.

While technically true, there is a prohibition against eating disgusting things (בל תשקצו) so depending on your definition of kosher this might not fit
