besides adding a 15% fee to credit card transactions they are unable to close these loopholes unless they stop restricting bringing in dollars to argentina, wich is the reason for the whole black market. if they do that, this will all end.

What happens when a change is made is the fare difference calculated in the USD fare difference, or in ARS?
For example: the current exchange rate is 1 USD= 4.90 ARS. So if the fare is $1000 USD, the travel agent pays 4900 ARS, and charges the customer in USD. A few weeks later the ARS goes down in value to 5.90 and the customer changes his ticket to different dates, which results in a higher fare of $1300USD=7670 ARS. Do they calculate the difference in USD which would be $300, or the difference in ARS which would come out to 2770 ARS, and the customer would be charged $469.5 USD.
If the currency in Argentina depreciates, then yes you will pay a higher price. at the same time the dollar may depreciate, if so you would gain.
regardless, if you did your change through the same travel agent they could do the change for you for "10% less" probably.
the thing to remember here is that, your not just getting 10% off your getting a travel agents service.
that service usually costs more. it's definitely worth more if the travel agent has good knowledge and skill in the airline industry.
Although, i nor anyone i know have ever bought from "כנפי נשרים" and i don't plan to ATM, i would not have problem buying tickets bought through Argentina from a reputable Travel agent.
Do they have a website with more info about their company? is this a travel agency that can offer tickets NOT bought through Argentina?
