It was originally a members only site but we're starting to open it to the general public.
It works really well.
For those wanting to buy a share in the company the shares are selling for $482.37.

I currently have a capital one platinum mc, I called up they said I can't upgrade but I can apply for a new card. but they don't guarantee a world card only a platinum. I have no interest in another platinum, I would rather be denied a world than get another plat.  is there any card (or way) that approves only for world & won't give u something else if they won't approve you for world? thanks

I looked at the Capital One World MC mentioned here as I'm interested but they have this line in the guide

In general, coverage applies worldwide, but there are exceptions:
> You may be unable to receive benefits in Australia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, and New Zealand. Please contact your vehicle rental agency
before you travel.

So you are covered but the rental agency may not agree?

You need to contact MasterRental to see if your card has coverage in Israel.
That confusing language is always in the guide.

Thanks, even if they cover, do all rental agencies accept it? I had rental coverage from travel insurance last year and Avis insisted I still buy theirs.

now that churning is a thing of teh past, when your yr is up simply ask that they change you over to the Bronze AA WMC $2 per 1 mile but no annual fee so just use the CC when renting in Israel

dont take peoples advice in this particular case, and email your cc company with this specific question, so that you have something on paper.

In israel the chance for someone to scratch your car, even when you are parked is so hight that I wouldn't take risk.

do 1 better call 1-800-MC-ASSIST they will ask for your acct # and tell you if TLV is covered or not with the CC you are calling about
