Got two parking tickets, both say the wrong vehicle color.

Will I be able to win showing the registration that shows the vehicle color is different?

got off one because i wrote i had a sore throat and needed a parking spot by the doc so i parked by the pump...dismissed!

One guilty, and one not guilty. Can I appeal the guilty one using the not guilty verdict?

Recently got a parking ticket,  however not yet showing up online,  but I believe can still dispute/ fight it by entering the summons # . Does it make a difference if I dispute it now or better to wait for it to appear online?

No, you don't have to pay to appeal. Note, appeals are done by mail not online.
But I don't think you have a basis to appeal based on the color. The first ticket is a different violation, the judge did not write what was defective, it can be for multiple reasons which I have done in the past, including not specifying which plate or even that NY can't enforce a plate regulation on an out of state vehicle like necessitating 2 plates.
You can share the ticket number and can possibly find other defects

 not that much to do with Bus stop, especially on appeals where you have to show the judge errored in the law. Is the vehicle a van or SUV?

If you have nothing else you can but not a legal defense unless the other ticket has other info like different make, and plate type..  If you wrote other defenses in your original defense, you can write the judge never fully responded to my full defense, which has more of a legal standing for appeal

Besides writing the wrong color did you include any other defense? As for an appeal there has to be an error in law, color is not a legal defense ( can always repaint). If you have included multiple reasons of defense the judge is required to fully address each one. I just won a speeding camera ticket that way as the judge didn't address all my reasonings. Very hard to win camera tickets

Just the color. The car was not repainted.

You don't need to pay first. But sometimes it can take a couple of weeks for the court to get to the appeal and might get a penalty added depending on when you send the appeal in. If you keep on top and if no decision is made when it gets close to 30 days then you can pay it then. Have done so in past, for me and others.

So I should reiterate the incorrect color in the appeal?

crazy... I fought a no standing zone and sent in Dr note that with med condition of family member that I was dropping off and i lost the case, i guess its a toss up
i lost the appeal too (2/3 reviewers upheld the ticket)

in general, do the "ticket fighters" have better chances than me if there is no real flaw in the ticket?
