Yes, hence why i asked for if anyone has one from shomrei hadas area in BP.
They have a tissue box that you can “dispose” of your tickets there but couldn’t find one for after 10am

almost impossible not to get at least 2 tickets a week if you’re in and out of your car all day. Parking in the city is crazy, I would spend a few hours a day to find legal spots. And the cops are out all day to get you.

You're really not chapping the matzav!
While you're a good citizen, paying taxes to uncle sam, paying speeeding camera tickets, red light camera tickets, alternate side tickets, meter tickets, and every other tax NYC has to offer.. sorry to break it to you that not everyone feels they have to be on the giving end in NYC, when the city treats their citizens like trash, the citizens don't have much respect and will find the loopholes to get out of the fine..

Just a fun fact... I think NYC has the most altered licence plates than I've ever seen.
From spray paint, to scraping the letters, bending the plates, bike racks, plate covers, strings to pull the plate, and driving with temps.
Funny part about it all was seeing many official vehicles with altered plates as well.
So I would like to welcome you to NYC!

Friend got a ticket and was wondering if he had any valid defense. Any help is appreciated. Also a lot of ppl were parked there so sign was definitely misleading...
