Just curious
What did you claim the reason for appeal?
In this case they put down wrong plate type

Ya
I usually only appeal the ones I feel have a good chance as it’s more work and there is a panel of 3 judges. This is my last

Wow not bad..
And when was the appeal heard 4-5 months later? I see showing September here..

Can I pay a NYC crosswalk ticket and then dispute?
It was issued to a rental vehicle so I don't want the car rental agency to pay it and to be hit with admin fees, but I also have a good chance of getting it dismissed.

Reading this thread, I decided to just pay the $50 redundant ticket I received and not bother spending 5 months fighting it.

Dumb government bureaucracy. And people want these cronies running a socialist society? "Sorry, you can't eat this month because of a glitch in our system. You can appeal, if you find the right website, and then we'll get back to you with your food in 4-5 business months"

Anyone have a good person to use for handling tickets on a fleet of trucks that we have?

I was pulled over for speeding on a residential street. The cop said he clocked me at 41 on his radar gun. When I reviewed the dash cam footage, I clearly see the cop sitting in his car without a radar gun. Is this enough to get the ticket dismissed?

and your dash cam footage doesn't have your speed on it?

I just got a camera ticket in the mail for driving in a bus lane. I think I was about to turn right at the next intersection, but how am I supposed to prove that without a dashcam? Or is a waste of time and possible surcharges to try to fight it, and I should just pay the $50 and move on?

You can login with details on notice and should be able to see video of your car

Entered a bus lane to make a right turn at the beginning of the block instead of by where there are dashed lines to enter at the end of the block and I believe there is a camera,  will I get a ticket?

I should just submit the dispute and then go to pay the ticket?
I should pay the ticket the normal way?

After you pay, there’s still an option to dispute?
How do you get a refund if you win?
