Found worms in chocolate

I opened up a gift platter that came from a well known store  and took a bite of the vianeese crunch, as I was eating it I immediately spit it out when noticing the rest of the piece had little worms crawling out of it.

Im disgusted.  What should I do? Should I call the store?

I found ones as well in Viennese crunch call the store they sell unfresh stuff.

I've found lots worms in cashews from Oh Nuts in the past. but cashews I can expect it once in a while... but that is nasty.

What is worse than finding a worm in your crunch? Finding a half of a worm.  :)

It's not really anyone's fault. Worms can get reach anything without anyone noticing.

If you ever find what looks like short spider web type of strands hanging from chocolate of even Matzos or crackers, its a sign of infestation.
