I just got a reply from them saying:
I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. This certainly is not what we want our customer to experience.
I've checked your previous order and see, the "Pantene Pro-V Nature Fusion Smooth Vitality Shampoo" price was $5.54 (which is not true) and now it current price is $11.51.
To remedy this situation, place a new order for "Pantene Pro-V Nature Fusion Smooth Vitality Shampoo" and write back to us with new order number, we'll honor the previous price.
The only thing is...I'd rather get some money back then buy some shampoo...
ETA: Chatting with them now-what should I ask from them? Feel like im chatting with a csr from Chase...doesnt have a clue whats going on.
Im not getting anything via chat either
