If your friend got a ticket, he should definitely pay it. But make sure that your friend keeps a receipt of payment. You don't want the rental company to charge you even after you paid.

Looking to rent in Mia in 2 weeks, everyone telling me to make sure you rent a car in the rental center otherwise will take forever.
1) anyone have info on rental company NÜ in Mia , is it in the rental center ? 
2) are they reliable ?

When do I need to arrive at MIA airport with my rental car to make a 9:00am flight on Monday? I would need enough time to return it, get through security and get to the gate (probably around D48). I don't have TSA precheck. Is the MIA Mover train the quickest way?

I heard economy makes you take their insurance. But that was a while ago so I do not know if things have since changed.
