Anyone have experience with FOX or ADVANTAGE? Seem to be the cheapest by far but I don't want any trouble. Anyone use them?

Keep in mind it can take you at least a 1/2 hour top get to car rental at miami airport.

+1 I found MIA a royal PITA, especially with a baby. And the car rental return is on the other side of the airport

I don't know what airline you flew but there's a train to get to the car rental agencies I've gone from the plane to out of Hertz in ten min with gold service

I also found it a real pain. There's an awful lot of walking to do in MIA. What kind of train are you talking about and what does it have to do with gold service?

What size car and what rates were you getting at fox? Avis has a full size for $208 using Citicorp A078400 minus MUWA239 $20 coupon comes out to about $185

in MIA all the rental agencies are in the new rental building. Took me 15 minutes tops. In FLL ironically, sixt is off airport and its a royal PITA to rent there

Thanks. The Fox and Advantage (thru Carrentals.com) start in 130's (economy) and go to like 197 for full size so that Avis price is really good. However, do I have to show that I work for Citicorp? Also, can I get some upgraded staus at Avis?

I tried the Avis site and it was about 215 BEFORE all the added charges that brought it to like 296!

Full size came to over 250 before coupon. Not too bad, but not 208. What do you know about these other places Fox and Advantage?

Tried renting with Advantage. There was only one guy behind the counter and people were waiting two hours to be told there are no cars.
Not reliable.
