Followed a couple of auctions today so that I can fairly price this device, and nothing under $600
Here's an example from eBay: http://goo.gl/8L2KR
(those $550 auctions shoot up pretty fast in the last few minutes)

I am not offering you something for free. It's priced below the market price by (what in my estimation is - taxes included) a considerable amount. It's a good deal for whomever is interested in having an iPhone in their hands tonight, at a good price.

Good Luck.

On eBay as Real-Brisker said its $550 and a lot selling for less.

The ATT and Verizon ones are selling for higher.

so 1) Please show me one Brand new - never used SOLD for less than $600.
2) Why would ATT and Verizon sell for higher? Is there logic to this?

KACHA! Att and verizon are more valuable. They can get unlocked much easier.

OK.. I do see a few Sprint's for cheaper on eBay... I guess there is some logic to the carrier disparity. The phone however does cost the same $649 + tax at Sprint as it does at AT&T and Verizon.

It is what it is.. I will entertain offers via PM (as I would like to SELL the device), but keep it reasonable and ABOVE 550 - I will sell it to the highest PM offer.

#1 Full retail value means nothing. Its what the resale on the market is.

#2 For $550 people are better off buying on eBay, having Paypal + CC protection.
Get CC points, and Ebay Bucks worth $20 (at least)

NC +1. And besides why $550 and HIGHER? On eBay you can get LOWER than that.

Nothing personal.

Just when things are sold here on DDF its basically a given that the going price is lower than what's on eBay.
