Just out of curiosity, in what order are they? E-W?
I live in MA. So I started in Maine and went down the coast, then I went west to chicago where my parent's live, then more or less E-W, yeah. I was looking at a map and just filling it in. The lower eastern seaboard is all from a family road trip 20 years ago. The Northeast is from my own little trips to places. I added ME this year. The midwest is from living there, and random little trips there. The western states are from my vacations; unfortunately this year's trip to Montana added none, since I'd already done Yellowstone.

Got it.It would just be easier for everyone to list them alphabetically.

You know doing Yellowstone doesn't necessarily mean you went to Montana, right?
When I was in Yellowstone I specifically went out of my way to go a bit north of Mammoth hot springs so that I could get Montana. I saw that there was a rest stop right over the state border, so we drove there, used the bathroom, and turned back.A week later looking at the GPS info embedded in my pictures I noticed that there are two bathrooms, one on each side of the border ...No Montana for me .
