The problem is that they don't want to admit that this is a problem, since so few of their customers book that route.
They all keep on saying "ELAL doesn't give us the seats, it's a not our problem"....
Tweeting ended up with nothing, because all these people know 0 about X and E and other stuff, all they know is about "direct access".
