Although I do remember hearing once, that TA's often book award tix on AA since they can easily cancel later on or add on names when they find clients. If that's the case, it's more logical to expect cancellations then in a typical scenario.

You mean LY. But I don't believe any agents hold seats on long term for the TLV-HKG route, as there is no big abusive market there. The NYC-TLV route is a different story.

AA is telling me they don't see award inventory on LY Business (X Class) even though I see 2 seats on Expert Flyer. What's the current status with this issue? Any ways around it?

I booked LY w/ AA miles around 7-8 hours ago, but the AA website still says it's On Hold, and to call in to ticket it.
Is it possible it didn't process properly?

LY and AA are both saying it's not possible on the LY website.
