It's still working. I had the agent grab 2 seats at a time until I had the amount I needed.
Don't actually have to to book it separately, rather hold 2 at a time and then ticket them all together.
Is this happening just for J or Y as well?

I think this was discussed in the past but I cant find it.

I booked LY with AA, the AA PNR does not show anything on elal is there a way (without calling ) to get my ELAL PNR?

Not for a single ticket, but you could do each way from a different account. Probably have to pay the $35 fee twice though.

No. You would not be able to upgrade a ticket booked from one account with miles from another account.

Not sure your question, but you can't upgrade a mileage ticket with miles and almost 100% sure you can't upgrade an LY ticket with AA miles.

thanks for the info, I'm new to aa miles (shocker, thanks citi :) ) and I couldn't find any good info regarding booking using aa miles,if anyone has a good page or forum post on it please share

Thought you mean Dec. 4, on Apr. 12 there is nothing available
