How much is the tax per ticket?
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

ok. I need to vent.

1st of all, every time I call LANPASS it takes 45 minutes to get a agent on the phone!!!!!!!!!!

2nd, they quoted me over $100 in taxes for a yul-nyc award flight... So I did what Dan always suggests to do. Hung up and called again... And waited and waited and waited... Finally (to make a long story short) she realized that it was more expensive because I was flying into lga and out of jfk... She put me on hold for over 10 minutes and came back to tell me that its all ok at about $40 for the taxes...

They told me that they issue the tickets later on in the day... When would that be? When will they email me the tickets?

Thanks everyone for your help!

don't trust them about issuing a ticket. make sure to look it up online with your booking code, and check that its a "bought" ticket and not just on hold.

With LAN, ALWAYS get the operating carriers confirmation number...not LAN's, and then follow up with the OC.

If you have their confirmation number just go to checkmytrip.com and enter it in there.  It will pull up your reservation and the AA record locater.
