Remember this? Well, I disputed the charge and my bank said it was all taken care of. Then, today I got this email form Orbitz:

We received notification from TAM Airlines that you disputed a charge in the amount of $135.50 on your Visa Card ending in **** for the purchase of airline tickets made on Orbitz. Details of this trip are summarized below:

I called them. They said if I don't pay up within 3 days it's going to a collection agency. I told her I thought this was settled by the Bank and she said this has nothing to do with the bank and I better pay up.
Any ideas?
