Any experience on United cracking down on hidden city tickets on united flights?
US air and been cracking down on hidden city by auditing member account. Any experience on US air flights with hidden city, while you collect those miles on your mileage plus account on united? Can US air crack down audit on partner airline?

Both United and US Air are not governing bodies, and therefore cannot dictate what is and isn't legal

Its not illegal, against a state/country law, but its illegal based on the airline/IATA rules

That reasoning is exactly what confuses me as to why entering inaccurate info in a CC App, is said to be illegal. Is amex, Chase or Citi etc. a governing body?

No but a governing body (the us Congress) has legislated that you are not allowed to enter inaccurate info and that it is a crime punishable with fine or even jail time

If u do a hidden city flight, such as MIA-NYC-BWI for example, would u get the miles for the trip if u don't take the final leg, and get off at nyc?

Nope. You only get miles for the flights you took...

That is what i'm asking, would i at least get the miles for the first leg that i did take, or would they not give any miles, because the 2nd leg wasn't flown?

You get the miles that you have flown. The segment that you drop just cancels out.

I'm skeptical that buying a hidden city ticket falls into any crime of that sort.
