They will release it after 6 months, or if closing the account refund the cc immediately. AFAIK federal banking laws prohibit them from holding peoples money for more than 180 days

I dunno if paypal gives you the option to refund the CCWhen a Paypal account is suspended you have no access to any type of transferring, That's what I remember (I could be wrong)
But the do eventually release the funds right?
