If they shut you down you will have to wait 180 days, you could refund the CC even if they shut you down.

But if I was you I wouldn't complain others had a lot more money tied up.

Yes you could refund the CC, thats your best option, but you might as well send in the docs to them - there is a 0.0000001% they wont shut you down
