Please post the kind of DIET that really worked for you in the past and if u had to do excercise to looose the weight.

need to loose 25 Pounds ASAP :-\ :'(

Losing 25 quickly won't be a very healthy diet.

What's your diet consist of now?

For a lot of guys just cutting out soda helps shed quite a number of pounds.

It's the small steps that add up to the biggest differences, water instead of soda, stairs instead of escalator, these things all add up and are way healthier then most diets.

Hard to generalize... some ppl gain it back, others don't.

Well it's zero calories. But are the chemicals used to make it sweet good for you? I HIGHLY doubt it.

IF you think you can muster up the willpower, I'd try a good old Healthy Diet and exercise.

Get an idea of how many calories you are eating a day.
And stick to healthy foods.
Bread, Fruits, Vegetables, meat, fish, eggs etc.

Lunch can of tuna and whole wheat crackers diner grilled chicken snacks none didn't do any excercise lost 15 ponds in 3 weeks btw make sure one day a week u r completely off the diet so that ur body dosnt go into starvation mode

Sounds like a pretty unscientific diet... Why would your body go into starvation mode (assuming you are not starving yourself)?

Best diet? Wheat Belly. www.wheatbellyblog.com I've been on it for almost eight weeks now. No exercising necessary.

look into the Dukan diet.  Its a pretty effective one and from my experience and research it is healthy.

For most Americans I think the don't be lazy diet works well. If someone wants to lose weight why wouldn't they want to work out? It not only helps you lose weight, but actually makes you have a healthy body. Obviously everyone is different and it depends on body type, but if you can work out then do it. Also no junk food or beverages besides water or the like always helps (alcohol has more calories than people think).

and people don't realize that you don't need to actually work out to make a difference, just simple changes that help you lead a more active lifestyle; take the steps, walk a few blocks instead of taking the car, take a daily walk all these things make a HUGE difference.
