So everybody seems to think excercise is needed to loose weight...So which one did u experience that has been the most effective
Jogging - but I haven't tried too many other things.
25 push ups, 50 sit ups, 10 minute walk
didn't bgain a pound since i got married
Some people just don't gain weight no matter how much they eat, regardless of the amount of excercise they do/don't do.
May I ask, do you think you would gain weight if you didn't do your daily pushups+situps+10 min walk?
