Most Effective Excercise - In the shortest Amount Of Time!!

So everybody seems to think excercise is needed to loose weight...So which one did u experience that has been the most effective

25 push ups, 50 sit ups, 10 minute walk

Daily half an hour walk at early morning.
Drink plenty of water.
Ride cycle for 15 minutes daily

When I need to get my body moving and don't have much time for exercise I do jumping-jacks. More for circulation  and warm-up then for losing weight.

Jogging - but I haven't tried too many other things.
25 push ups, 50 sit ups, 10 minute walk
didn't bgain a pound since i got married
Some people just don't gain weight no matter how much they eat, regardless of the amount of excercise they do/don't do.

May I ask, do you think you would gain weight if you didn't do your daily pushups+situps+10 min walk?

So true.

I know people like you that eat tons of junk and never exercise, and they don't gain an ounce.

Others do heavy dieting + a lot of exercise, and still have trouble losing weight.

That is just ridiculous. Some people have a much slower metabolism than others. Of course if they would eat only potato peels and water for five years they would eventually lose weight, but on a normal (limited) diet, it is quite difficult.

Metabolism is just the amount of time it takes to digest. Being overweight is due solely to eating more calories than the body needs.
More calories=fat. less calories=skinny. (exercise just burns calories.)

The big question is treadmill verses elliptical? I feel like a fool on the elliptical but the treadmill can eventually damage joints..
Pull ups are better than push ups and sit ups imho.
