No one has asked what type of salmon he is cooking. King Salmon and Atlantic have a high fat content. Sockeye salmon has a moderate fat content and coho salmon has very little fat.

Each requires different cooking methods, time and temperature, and each will produce a different result.

Also, do you prefer medium rare, medium, or fully cooked?
