Menashe Sofer (Frum Service): A few NIS more than Nesher.

Starting from September 2018 there is a direct train line between the airport and Jerusalem's central bus station which is at the main entrance to the city.
Train runs every half hour and cost 17 shekel per ride. I think there is a discount if you buy round trip.

To get to the train: Leave the terminal through exit 01 and it is directly on your right. You can buy a ticket from the automatic machines outside the station entrance.
Please note that the train only runs during the day and not at night. Check the Israeli rail  website in advance if you are not sure.

Israel Railway English site.

Walk: 0 NIS Takes about 13 hous and 47 minutes give or take a few depending where you start.

This past trip to the airport I used shmuel lieberman 052 463 2100 he is a heimish american guy who lives here.  He charges per person but 300 is minimum.  Van can fit around 10 suitcases.  If your going alone it may not be worth it but more may be worth it.  May of been my best ride to the airport in 6 years.
I dont know if its available to all but he has the number to the guy who owns the large wagons that you can get when you land in BG and he calls him on the way and have someone wait for you by the van and when you get there the guy will take all your suitcases and bring it inside for 80 nis.
His brother runs a car service company in NY that if you need hell call and set up a time with him to pick you up from airport...pretty decent prices.
+1 great guy took him to the airport

daka 90 owner has one of those big Mercedes vans that can easily fit 6 pieces plus 8 lug. you can call him at 050 six six six two seven seven seven his name is motti. there are many such vans around especially moniyot givat shaul but daka 90 would be cheaper.

I never used the daka 90 owner but Shmuel Lieberman I highly recommend.  Best ride to airport by far.  Ask him to order the big wagon to be waiting outside...worth 80 shek.
