The issue is not getting it to go through. The issue is once the GC arrives it doesnt work...just clarifying the miscommunication here

Im also having the issue of not going through with multiple credit cards (platinum, BA etc). I always get an email ten min later that your order cannot be processed.

Maybe your Amex account is flagged and/or you need to break it down to smaller orders (assuming you have free shipping and free coupons).

How can it be flagged , im using other credit cards like BA?

Maybe it's your info that's flagged? (Name, billing address, IP address, who knows)

Does anyone know how to cancel the free trial for premium shipping? I sent a bunch of emails to AMEX and they told that they don't see premium shipping applied to my account.
I purchased GC's with my BA card through logging in to my AMEX account. They told me that in order to cancel premium shipping I need to call up the vendor I made the purchase with. I told them that THEY ARE THE VENDOR, but that did not help either as I received the same reply to speak to the vendor.

Can someone help?

Methinks in the giftcard store section when you're logged in, I can't remember. I even think it was discussed on this site, do a search.

Thank you very much, I found it. I searched Google for AMEX gift cards, clicked on the link and logged in. You can manage you gift cards, and under addresses it states when the free trial expires. You can click on view and then it gives an option to cancel.

you can cancel by calling 877-297-4438, which is the phone # listed in the terms and conditions of the program.

and if you ream them, you'll find out that you get a $25 gift card, so your first year is really $74, if that makes a difference to you...
