DO THEY COUNT AS PURCHASES?
It is confirmed that Citi will consider these as a Cash Advance. They will hit you with a fee AND won't count them toward spending.

HOW TO CASH OUT?
Blue Bird: Amex gift cards cannot be used to load bluebird.
Money Orders: Many locations require a debit card with a PIN; Amex GC don't have a PIN.
Try Amazon Payments, Target Amex or MC/VS GC's from many places.

I am the friend. SORRY - it was a stam Visa Gift Card on the Vanilla network. worked with no prob whatsoever bh
Make sure it has the line on the back that says "Select any 4 digit PIN at first use." otherwise your going to have to register each on on the website to activate the PIN which is not fun

I have a friend who just put butter on his roll at a fleishig meal. Amazing!




Oh... no... SORRY! It was some new invention called MARGARINE! Just make sure when you buy it at the store it says "margarine" on it.
