The fee will be 3-5% and the some crazy interest. You want to pay it off ASAP!

No, not personalized. I am on the phone with the rep now. They can't cancel the purchase. They have to go in and refund each card separately plus the transaction fee.

It will take several days for that to go through.

I am wondering what my game plan is with Citi now. Do I call them and explain now, or wait until all the charges are refunded and TRY explaining that I never got the "cash advance."

Confirmed that Citi counted them as CA and charged me fees and interest and did NOT count toward spend.
