HOW TO CASH OUT?
Blue Bird: Amex gift cards cannot be used to load bluebird.
Money Orders: Many locations require a debit card with a PIN; Amex GC don't have a PIN.
Try Amazon Payments, Target Amex or MC/VS GC's from many places.

I assumed that if you had ordered 5k it would get denied.
I kept getting denied, so I did 4,500 and it worked. Try it.

How does amex track that. By credit card number?  if I use different credit cards I can order more then 5k in 2 weeks ? Or by name. And I can use my wife's name ? Or by address ?

Many others report the same thing.  Have to keep buying.  Some orders will be approved, some denied.  Also, remember limit is 5K per 14 days for personal and 75K/14 days for corporate if purchase with corporate card.
