Once you stop eating something (carbs) ur body goes into starvation mode regarding that type of food so you don't gain anything by not eating it

And therefore you eat that thing (carbs) once a week? In order to not go into starvation mode... Not following the logic

i beg to differ. check out tim ferriss, he has a book called the 4 hour body that i have personally used and lost 48 pounds in 3 months without exercise
From one of his websites:
Quote
How to prevent fat gain while bingeing (X-mas, holidays, weekends)
How to increase fat-loss 300% with a few bags of ice
How Tim gained 34 pounds of muscle in 28 days, without steroids, and in four hours of total gym time
How to sleep 2 hours per day and feel fully rested
How to go from running 5 kilometers to 50 kilometers in 12 weeks
How to reverse “permanent” injuries
How to add 150+ pounds to your lifts in 6 months
Those numbers are a bit "supernatural" IMO, want to clue us into what is his underlying "technique"?
What's all of it based on?

Eat vegetable salad instead of oily foods. Take more fruits and drink plenty of water .
Walking is one of the best way to reduce weight.

if everything cud be explained in a post then the book wouldn't be 2 and 1/2 inches thick. But basically his diet is a high protein low carb with a whole bunch of small things that he says make the whole diff. He has a whole bunch of workout programs but it seems he holds that kettlebells are the fountain of youth. Regarding sleep its just an method to make your body go directly into REM sleep which most people agree you only need two hours if that. He holds that ice baths, or cold showers for the not as brave will make you lose weight without anything else. Anything else just ask
