Anyone that has ever ordered anything directly from Dell knows what I'm talking about. Takes VERY long till they ship because they supposedly only put the components together after you order. HORRIBLE customer service. Worst on the market.
Is there any way (method or trick) that anyone here has had success to make them speed up an order? Yes, if you beg you'll get free next day shipping, but it's next day from 2 weeks from now.
