So what day is the speech to be given? Makes a difference if anything of importance happened that day...

On February 20th 1792 – The Postal Service Act, establishing the United States Post Office Department, is signed by President George Washington.

You can talk about how they are cutting Saturday service and it'll be a great loss? Lol.

Eta- there are many people that feel that way. I'll try and find an article about what a great loss it is.

Great speech to give on btw. Speke slow. Don't sway. Never say um. And keep ur hands on the podium. (Did i get the rules right?!) lol

everyone should remember, that rots5's rules only apply to my school. If u r in a diff school, then they don't apply to you.
(and yes, rots5 happens knows what school I'm in, so that's why he's advising me)
