I called yesterday to ask for a 'special' or whatever they can offer me. I was told I have the basic service. They just added a $5/mon router rental fee bringing my monthly charge to $70!!!
I'm annoyed enough to just go without. I have unlimited on my phone.

Call and follow the prompts to talk to someone in the cancellation / retention department. Say you want to cancel cuz your bill is too high. It might take a couple calls but they should be able to get you something better.
I used to have Optimum 60 for $55 a month and they wanted to raise that to $65. I called to cancel a couple weeks ago and they switched me to Optimum 100 for $40 a month
