Can't remember where, but someone wrote an article ages ago about how the NFL's success might be its ultimate failure and everyone laughed the guy away. Seems like prophecy now

Biggest issue as I see it is the future lack of talent in the NFL

Who in this day and age would let their kids play football?

The only ones are going to be the (blank) kids who grow up without fathers and the league is going to turn into the WWE

I can't remember who it was, but I once heard Bill Simmons interviewing a player who said that he would never let his kid play football and lots of his teammates agree

there will always be a culture of football down south and in Texas, it's only the northeast where people are becoming more reluctant to let their kids play football.

The northeast was against slavery first too, that doesn't mean that the south isn't just a decade or two behind us.

BTW, I love the Sanchez jersey picture, I feel bad for the kid, who knows -  if he wouldn't have been in a circus organization, he might have turned out alright.
