I'd avoid it like a plague. That's generally the rule regarding Eastern European and Chinese Airlines. Some would apply that to rule to US carriers as well

I flew jfk warsaw tel aviv and back with them. biz class from jfk to warsaw is nice. the seats are old, but the service is great. from warsaw to tel aviv the planes are 3 aisle 3, and there are no biz seats so they give you 2-3 seats in the plane. the flight is short so its not too b ad if your not paying so much extra for biz. sometimes lot codeshares with elal on the warsaw tel aviv route and then there is a normal biz class, but this doesnt happen as often as it used to.

Typically not on other airlines. I'd assume it's the same here.

Regular seats in biz.

Despite all the hate towards the Chinese airlines, just focusing on the actual inflight experience, not delays or safety wise, I've flown with china eastern and air china, and I'd wish the usa airlines would be that nice and comfy.

Most airlines give a 50lb or 20lb bag to infants on international flights

No difference if it's a revenue or award ticket?

Once you have a ticket , they have to treat you like other passengers concerning weight, cancellation* of flights, delays, etc

*refunds might be refunding in points

Just checked AA.

Domestic:
"If a seat was not purchased for an infant, that infant does not have a carry-on or checked baggage allowance."

International:
If the infant ticket price is 49% or less of the adult fare,
the bag allowance is: one piece of checked baggage with maximum linear dimensions of 45 inches/115cm weighing 50lbs/23kgs

So it's not as simple as you guys are making it out to be.
