KSML (Kosher Airline Meals) Master Thread
dirah:
It would be great to have a complete lest of KSML by airlines, with info such as Hechsher, company, Mezonos/Hamotzi, CY and CS.
I started with the little that I know, posted in the Wiki.

I never understood the point. You have to bring your own food anyways because theres never a 100% guarantee the meal will come. If it does come, it will say the hechsher and other info.

Some people do like to know these things...
"Never a 100% guarantee" ≠ "100% guaranteed not good".
You would plan differently for the two scenarios.
