4. Below average, but would eat if hungry (Stogel [fresh-frozen])
5. Average/typical KSML, would eat if hungry (Borenstein?)
6. Above average KSML (Borenstein?)
7. A good KSML, might even eat if not hungry.
8. A very good KSML
9. An excellent KSML, could pass for something served in a decent restaurant.

Honestly, while I like fish (including Tilapia) I don't understand how any caterer would risk using Tilapia, which often can have a muddy taste due to some harmless bacteria.

The caterer doesn't risk anything due to the obvious lack of consequences when you serve horrible KSML

Just boarded flight UA85, and was pleasantly surprised to see an actual menu, created by a famous chef, no less (he’s the owner of two restaurants that @PlatinumGuy practically swears by).

According to the menu, the kashrus is Eidah Chareidis.

(To clarify: the chicken/beef is a choice, you don’t get both.)

I’ll try to follow up with a review later, IY”H.

 I'm trying to request a kosher meal on a Lufthansa flight which I booked on United.com a few hours ago now the flights leaving in 6 hours so they told me I need 24 hours to confirm a kosher meal is there anything I can do from here I tried contacting United and Lufthansa no luck?
  Starve the whole flight! :-\
