Are you sure it's Mevushal? When I flew 2 months ago it wasn't but I alerted the Kashrus agency

I’m trying to request a ksml on my va flight from tlv to jfk via lhr….it says that this request can’t be fulfilled at this time…is it because I’m flying during the 9 days (fleshings)

Did you book directly with Virgin?   I find if you book it on Delta, you have to put the request thru Delta. 

Also the app doesn’t seem to work if booked directly with Virgin…seems to have to be done on a computer. 

In my experience, don’t expect a non-meat meal on the 9 days…I don’t think the airlines are aware - have gotten meal meals before

Got Fresko EWR-CDG, but it was a big let down.
Dinner roll was semi frozen. Ravioli was good but it was vegan and it felt like the main course was missing.

Breakfast was a few days after the last use by date sticker, and the hot omelet/potatoes were exceptionally bad.

Maybe it was a one-off failure but I'm afraid they just slacked off and aren't maintaining the original standards.

All good as it left more appetite for Paris. Rosetta is absolutely worth flying in for.

Flight date: June 2022
Meal in pics: Dinner and Breakfast
Stogel-Hermolis Scale Score (1-10):1


Food was entirely indelible.    Dinner was a salmon that reeked the minute I removed the film from the TV dinner.   Took one bite (stupidly) and thought I was going to vomit.   There was an appetizer of some kind of fish, but that’s it.  No roll, no desert, no creamer for coffee.   

Breakfast was some weird frittata that had the texture of a shoe.   Also not edible.   

I’ve had decent meals from Borenstein/Regal before but that was atrocious.   I’m not a big dessert person, but that’s a new level of skimping.
