I usually lobby in person and via email to the people in charge of food at the location sought. I just found out there is a new company in charge of food concessions at BWI and Dulles, near Baltimore where we live, so i emailed them. I hand out pens and other swag to managers at the various lounges etc. And most importantly I daven to Hashem to put it in their minds to do it.

I was on a flight from Europe to America and the food was not up to par. I emailed the caterer. They were responsive.

Swiss KSML on a 1.5 hour flight operated by Air Baltic in J. They say that no KSML is available. I always remember that anything above 1 hour has KSML. Did anything change?
