I believe they only refrain from eating meat on "בשבוע שחל בו תשעה באב" only the week of Tisha Baav....

In  9 days - yes. HaMasbia will only make parve meals. Same applies to fresh meals from Hermolis in London.
On El Al, if not ordering Mehadrin you need to request veggie/fish meal

The only difference between Sephardim and ashkenazim with regards to meat, is that we are allowed to eat it on Rosh Chodesh and cant resume eating it till after the 10th of Ave.

It's really weird how ashkenazis think they know our customs. I was in an ashkenazi shul this past Shabbat and the Rabbi starts bashing sefardim that we have no mourning this year. I was going to confront him but my kids were driving me crazy and I had to leave.

Yes we will be shaving, showering and doing laundry. But we still do not listen to music or eat meat or buy new clothes. It's not our fault it falls out on a Sunday.
