Stroller damaged by airline
« on: April 04, 2013, 11:47:00 AM »
I just got off a flight with United airlines and received my stroller damaged in a way that makes it inoperable. I purchased the stroller two weeks ago with my United Mileage Plus Club card and my tickets with Amex Gold Business card. Does anyone have any experience with such a situation to know whether I can be covered by either card either under purchase protection or baggage damage?

Talk to United BEFORE leaving the airport if possible.

report it damaged- and amex will credit you for ur purchase.. did this 3 times b4.
AND also file a complaint with united- they shud compensate u as well..
theyll ask you to send the bill how much you paid for it- itll take some time but def worthwhile! (united may say u need to send it in to get fixed or wtvr- but ive always ended up with a new stroller and $$)
