Up to 3 now. While that's exciting, I'm nervous about having enough money. Let's hope.

Up to 22 now, which means I've earned 11GB out of the potential 16GB you can get from referrals. Have used $78 of my $100 AdWords coupon. Much happier now. Hope I can still get the last 8 referrals before running out of cash.

Now I have $12 to start on Uber ;)

I pay $10 a month for the Dropbox Pro plan. Initially, when I signed up, that was good for 100GB. Recently, they upgraded it and I now have 1TB for the same price.

Yup, that's the next project. :)
I set up an Adwords campaign for Uber, and I just got the following email:
Quote
Hi,

Thanks for inviting new riders to Uber! Our referral program is one of our most valued ways of spreading the word about Uber.

Unfortunately, it appears your code has been shared against our current policy and we were unable to honor credit for your most recent referrals.

Since you may have been unaware of our policy, we've kept your account and existing credit in good standing. Nonetheless, if you'd like to continue sharing your code, we ask that you do so within our terms. Future violations could force us to suspend your account or credit.

Enjoy your credits and feel free to respond to this email with any questions.

Best,

Uber Team

Not about Dropbox memory but a Dropbox question.

Can I share a folder containing lots of file in it with someone if I only have a Dropbox free account?

Yes. Just share the link.
I figured the same, the reason I'm asking is cause I saw this;

The Public folder lets you easily share single files in your Dropbox. Any file you put in this folder gets its own Internet link that you can share with others -- even non-Dropbox users!

Step 1:  Drop a file into the Public folder.

Step 2:  Right-click this file, then choose Dropbox > Copy Public Link. This copies an Internet link to your file that you can paste anywhere: emails, instant messages, blogs, etc.

That's it! To share your file, just send the link to a friend.

Happy Dropboxing!
- The Dropbox Team

P.S. You can only link to actual files within your Public folder, not to folders. For help with sharing files visit http://www.dropbox.com/help/16

I thought with a free account I can only share out of the public folder, am I wrong?

I use free account and share with no issue.

Just create the share link inside the folder you want to share.
