Just received an email,
"Unfortunately, we are contacting you to let you know your order has been delayed for delivery by up to 12 business days.  As part of our commitment to service when there is a delay in delivery we offer the option to cancel your order by..."

That's it?! And I paid $9.95 for shipping.

I didn't have a chance to place the order so i called up and spoke to a superviser that said he would match the price for .99 but I would have to pay for shipping unless I spent over 20 so I convinced him to combine it with a order I place 2 weeks ago that was over 20 so he will only charge me .99 and free shipping

I made those on my home PC, saved it as a JPeG, and uploaded it to Staples as a JPeG.

Click on help, and there should be a link to cancel.
But it only works if you do it before the order is processed.

I've gone to cancel 10 seconds after placing an order and it was too late. It immediately goes in to processing state.

I never got a cancellation email but I do see the refund on my card. Oh well.
