Free shipping is dead now.
BUT, now you can order multiple in one shot, all for the one $9.95 shipping charge.
I just ordered 10 stamps for a couple of Bar/Bas Mitzvahs, total was just over $20.

Tried calling but they are closed, anyway to cancel online?

Click on help, and there should be a link to cancel.
But it only works if you do it before the order is processed.

Called to cancel, they said that although they can't cancel it, I should sent it back when I receive if and they will refund me. When I asked about return shipping, he said he'll sent me a $10 voucher (for use at staples).

I guess to many people ordered... staples is not honoring the offer... here's the email I got
