Sick story with ana

And even more sick is this so-called consumer advocate who can't see any justification in her action.

wondering how much $$$ he gets from the airline industry to advocate on their behalf.

Airlines take advantage of passengers mistakes and passengers take advantage of theirs. No one in the blog community advocates hacking into an airlines fare inventory and changing prices. The author calling these customers thieves is a pathetic way to get attention. I find his article amateurish and showing a lack of understanding how the airline industry works. I look at fare rules, cancellation fees, change fees, difference in fare fees, ancillary fees all day. The airlines clearly take advantage of every situation that can get them more money even if it means making it prohibitively expensive to change a ticket even for a very valid reason. Labeling the passengers as the ethically challenged one is a flawed argument that does not stand.
