Leanardo Inn hotel

My friend booked a hotel for his stay in Israel (that he got through the El-al mistake fare's for $360 a ticket of so!). He booked it at Learnardo Inn Hotel on Vilnai 4. He's heard that it's in an arab neighbourhood, but looking at google maps, it looks jewish. Can anyone confirm that it's in safe/jewish neighbourhoods?
