Morningside Park in Fallsburg has a dog park. Might be slightly more than 10 minutes off of 17.

Anywhere to get daled minnim in the catskills?

Staying near Ellenville for sukkos and coming straight from Canada so I'd prefer to not have to deal with it at the border...

If you are including groceries, Buy Rite in Woodridge is open all year. The winter location is a block away from their big summer store.

not sure what you mean ...
would like to buy a bungalow either somewhere that is new and being developed or in an existing colony (obviously depends which one)

It seems Landau's started staying open year-round as well, albeit on a much smaller scale. But boy are they overpriced...

Driving Binghamton to NYC and looking for kosher restauarants as close to Binghamton as possible
Monticello and woodbourne are 1.5 hours away.
Anything within an hour in western catskills area...
This is for before Memorial day

Be happy to locate a kosher eatery open now in the Woodbourne/Monticello area, anything beyond exit 101 is a total desert even during the summer.
