I'm trying to book the Wingate in Ellicotville, NY. A 2 night stay with tax is $675 or 32,000 points. I got 32,000 points from the Daily Getaways deal for $110 last year. In my opinion, this is a great value.
I went to Wingate's site and put in my dates/etc. The initial search came up fine but when I went to click "See Rooms", I got the big yellow error message in the image:
However, if I click the "Book" link to the left of the "See Rooms" link, I'm able to click through and complete my reservation. I get a confirmation number.
Has this happened to anyone before? Is there going to be an issue when I check in? I'm assuming that since I have a confirmation number AND that I'm able to view my reservation online that I won't have a problem. However, I don't want to have a problem at check-in, but I don't want to call Wyndham Rewards in case this is a bug in their system.
